1.How Billing Works
Novaq uses a simple per-patient billing model:
- —Per-Patient Pricing: You are billed based on the number of active patients in your organization.
- —Custom Rates: Rates may vary based on your organization's size, region, and specific requirements. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
- —Billing Date: All organizations are billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, your first charge is prorated.
- —Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled.
- —Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
2.Proration
When patients are added or removed mid-billing cycle:
- —Adding patients: You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
- —Removing patients: A credit is applied to your next invoice.
- —Plan changes: Switching between monthly and annual is prorated automatically.
3.Taxes
All applicable taxes (GST, HST, VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected automatically based on your organization's location. Tax compliance is handled by our payment partner on our behalf.
